Hongmao Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd was established in November of 2002, which is devoted to the cosmetic containers development, production and electronics injection, including skin-care cream jar, compact and perfume caps etc. Covering 10000m2 of area, Hongmao has fixed asset of HK dollars 11 million, among which there are 36 sets of injection machines, 18 sets of surface treatment equipments (including printing, hot-stamping, hot transfer printing etc) as well as 7 sets of assembling lines. Until now, over 250 people are devoted themselves to Hongmao permanent future.
After over 5 years of struggles, Hongmao has set up an one-hearted, innovative and united team with rich experiences in cosmetic containers research & development. In 2006, Hongmao was awarded ISO9001:2000 certificate by Moody. With the concept of 'improving quality to enhance competitiveness and all for customer’, we are doing our best to return the support and trust from customers.
From 2004, Hongmao began to pay most attention to development of Surlyn caps, now we are recommended as the Surlyn caps manufacturer by Dupont company.
Meanwhile, to meet the quality requirement to achieve the best quality, Hongmao has set up a very strict quality controlling system through purchasing light cabinet, pull-push torque, climate cabinet, linear abrasion tester, roller abrasion tester etc.
At present, most of Hongmao products are exported to Europe, North America, Middle East & south Asia. |
